A few months back, a friend of mine (who works at the same architecture firm as I), sent me some information on OKLAHOMAMANMADE. This is photography competition hosted by The Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture to highlight the beauty and diversity of the built environment in Oklahoma. I had actually considered sitting this competition out, but my friend encouraged me to enter the competition with him... and boy, am I glad he did. Turns out I won first place in the professional photographer's category. Below, you can see the winning image.

Oh, and my friend, you ask...? He won a merit award for the architect’s category. He photographed the new federal building. You can check out his beauuuute right here.

You're able to view the entries during the remainder of Architecture week (this week) at IAO.
